REGULAMENT

Campionatul open al Republicii Moldova la supermaraton (12/24 ore),
ediţia XX, Self-Transcendence 12/24H Race,
3-4 iunie 2017, Parcul „Valea Morilor”, Chişinău

1. Cursa de 24 ore va începe sâmbătă 3 iunie la ora 10:00. Cursa de 12 ore va începe sâmbătă 3 iunie la ora 22:00. Alte curse (ştafete, maraton, 6 ore) pot fi organizate pe parcurs, la decizia organizatorilor.
2. Lungimea traseului constituie 2341m şi se întinde în jurul lacului. Diferenţa de nivel constituie 1,70m.
3. Înregistrarea participanţilor se va face în zona START/FINIŞ, situată în preajma „Aventura Park”, lângă autodrom, şi se va încheia cu 30 minute înainte de începutul curselor respective. Cererile de participare pot fi expediate şi la adresa moldova@srichinmoyraces.org. ÎNREGISTRARE on-line
4. Taxă de participare: 24 ore: 300 lei, 12 ore: 200 lei.
5. Toţi sportivii sunt obligaţi să deţină poliţă de asigurare medicală (sau certificat cu avizul medicului), care poate fi procurată individual sau de la organizatori, în timpul înregistrării. Condiţii minime pentru a participa la probele din program: 24 ore – finişarea unei curse de 12 ore, 12 ore – finişarea unei curse de maraton (42,195 km). Participanţii sunt obligaţi să poarte echipament corespunzător: maiou/tricou sportiv, chiloţi sportivi etc.
6. În timpul competiţiilor organizatorii vor asigura asistenţa medicală.
7. Fiecare participant la competiţii îşi va asigura hrana pe toată durata competiției din surse proprii. Organizatorii vor asigura condiţiile necesare şi vor oferi hrană de bază.
8. În regiunea START/FINIŞ va fi instalat cortul în care participanţii îşi vor schimba hainele şi vor putea să-şi păstreze lucrurile. Pentru odihnă, participanţii îşi pot instala corturi individuale.
9. Învingătorii se stabilesc în baza unui clasament individual pe categorii de vârstă: 18-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 şi 80-89 ani.
10. Ceremonia de premiere va avea loc pe data de 4 iunie, ora 11:00. Învingătorii la categoria absolută de vârstă (bărbaţi şi femei) vor primi premii băneşti, medalii şi diplome, sportivii plasaţi pe locurile 1-2-3 în categoriile de vârstă vor primi medalii şi diplome, ceilalţi participanții – diplome de participare.

XX-го открытого Чемпионата Республики Молдовы по сверхмарафону (12/24 часов),
Self-Transcendence 12/24H Race,
3-4 июня 2017 г., Парк «Valea Morilor», Кишинэу

1. Соревнования на 24 часов начинаются 3 июня в 10:00 часа. Соревнования на 12 часов начинаются 3 июня в 22:00 часа. Другие дистанции (эстафеты, марафон, 6 часов) могут быть проведены по решению организаторов.
2. Трасса пробега (длиной 2341м) пролегает вокруг озера. Перепад высоты составляет 1,70м.
3. Регистрация будет происходить в зоне СТАРТ/ФИНИШ, в районе аттракционов «Aventura park», рядом с автодромом. Регистрация участников заканчивается за 30 минут до начала соответсвующих пробегов. Заявки можно также отправить на адрес moldova@srichinmoyraces.org. Онлайн РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ
4. Стартовые взносы: 24 ч. – 300 лей; 12 ч. – 200 лей.
5. Все спортсмены обязаны предъявить медицинскую страховку (или справку с разрешением врача); её можно приобрести самостоятельно или у организаторов во время регистрации. Минимальным требованием для участия в 24-и часовом пробеге считается успешно завершенные соревнования на 12 часов, для участия на 12 часов – успешный финиш в марафонском забеге (42 км 195 м). Спортсмены обязаны соблюдать форму одежды: легкоатлетическая майка или футболка, легкоатлетические трусы.
6. Организаторы гарантируют медицинское обслуживание спортсменов только во время соревнований.
7. Об индивидуальном питании должны позаботиться сами спортсмены. Организаторы предоставят базовое питание.
8. На место проведения соревнований будет установлена палатка для переодевания и хранения вещей. Для индивидуального отдыха, участники могут установить свою палатку.
9. Победители определяется в индивидуальном первенстве по возрастным категориям: 18-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 и 80-89 лет.
10. Награждение и торжественное закрытие чемпионата состоится 4 июня в 11:00. Победители в абсолютной возрастной категории (мужчины и женщины) получат денежные премии, медали и дипломы, участники, занявшие 1-2-3 места в своей возрастной категории, награждаются медалями и дипломами, остальные участники награждаются дипломами.

of the 20th Open Supermarathon (12/24 Hour) Championships of the Republic of Moldova,
Self-Transcendence 12/24H Race,
3-4 June 2017, “Valea Morilor” Park, Chişinău

1. The 24 hour race will start on Saturday June 3rd at 10:00 AM. The 12 hour race will start on Saturday June 3rd at 10:00 PM. Other events (like relays, marathon, 6H race) may be held at the organizers` decision.
2. The course is 2341m in length around the lake. The difference of altitude is 1.70m.
3. The registration of the participants will take place in the START/FINISH zone, across “Aventura Park”, near the autodrome, and will be closed 30 minutes before the respective races. The participation requests/applications can be sent by e-mail: moldova@srichinmoyraces.org. On-line REGISTRATION
4. Entry fees: 24 H: 300 lei (15 EUR), 12 H: 200 lei (10 EUR).
5. All runners should hold a valid medical insurance (or a certificate with the doctor`s permission), which may be purchased individually or from the organizers during registration. Minimal conditions for participation in the races: 24 H – the runner should have finished a 12 H race, 12 H – the runner should have finished a marathon race (42,195 km). During the competitions the participants should wear appropriate clothing: T-shirt, shorts etc.
6. During competitions the organizers will ensure medical care for the runners.
7. Each participant will take care of his own meals during the race. The organizers will provide appropriate conditions and basic food.
8. In the START/FINISH zone a big tent will be installed, where the participants will be able to change their cloths and keep their belongings. For rest we recommend that the participants install their own tents.
9. The winners are determined according to individual rankings by age categories: 18-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80-89.
10. The award ceremony will take place on June 4th, 11:00 AM. The absolute winners (men and women) will receive money prizes, medals and certificates, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd finishers in their respective age categories will be awarded medals and certificates, the other participants – certificates.
